About Me (if you’re curious)

I am the husband of almost twenty years to Angie Gergely, father of Faith, Alex, and Vilma.  My wife is my biggest supporter and encourager in every area of my life, both personal and in ministry.  My family is my first priority in all that I do.  I believe the order of things should be God (personal life), family, then ministry.

I’ve been the Worship Minister at North Terrace Church of Christ in Zanesville , Ohio for two years.  Previously I was on staff in the same role for fifteen years at White River Christian Church in Noblesville, Indiana.

During both of my ministries I have overseen the weekend worship programming, drama teams, vocal teams, worship bands, audio and visual ministries (in my first ministry we hired Brian Hansen who took that over- he is one of the best I know and a close friend of mine…if you need web developing, check out his page here).

I lead worship each weekend from behind the keyboard (been playing piano since an early age).  Kentucky Christian College (now University) is my alma mater, graduating in 1992.

Besides my wife and three awesome kids at home, we have two pets, Julius the Cat and Laci the Dog.

In my spare time (yeah, right!) I enjoy riding my Honda VTX motorcycle, fishing, and doing odd projects around the house.
